Profiles in Politifail: Priorities USA
Who are these guys? So they don’t like Romney being so happy about millionaires. I’m sure that Ron Paul’s people don’t support him being so friendly to millionaires, either.

A search on Priorities USA turns up that they are Democratic operatives with a Super PAC; a Blue State monster given rise from FEC vs. Citizens United. All that work because they won’t be more transparent on their site. Why not be more forward on the web? A little bit of transparency on their site would have been welcomed; but I have a fixation about self-information on the web.
The largely symbolic vote demonstrated the deep GOP opposition to the bill, but all day political observers expected it to put Democratic divisions over the President’s approach to bolstering the economy into sharp relief as well. In the end, two Democratic senators, Sens. Ben Nelson (D-NE) and Jon Tester (D-MT) voted with Republicans to continue the filibuster.
With Democrats like Ben Nelson, who needs Republicans? The way Majority Leader Reid lets Nelson and Leiberman go scot free with all of the transgressions they’ve commit against their reputed caucus makes Reid look flaccid and inept.
Nope, I'm not (a) liberal (either)
When fright wing ideologues dismiss me, they usually do it by calling me “liberal” often because they don’t believe that any other ideological adjective exists further to the left on the political spectrum (some could argue that no other effective ideological adjective exists further to the left on the political spectrum and find evidence to support the assertion being true in the USA). Right wing ideologues use the word as an epithet.
What ever the case may be, I reserve the right to make my own choices about my own ideology without regard to the outcome of any vote that I cast. Towards that end, I now present evidence why I don’t support Jerry Brown to become governor again. Feel free to balance against his vindication of ACORN post mortem or with Brown’s mismanagement in favor of one of California’s corporation sponsored ballot initiatives.
For those who know me, I’m not terribly impressed with candidates one would think that I’d support, either.
a whipsering campaign about a campaign in Hawaii
Who is leaking the polling information in this House race and why does it make the incumbent look bad?
I dunno if I would go that far...
I’ve just given up conflating what an elected official from the Pushme-Pullyou party will do with what he says. I get a sense of embittered resignation about having to climb a hill that is steeper than we all bargained for in life to achieve political efficacy. It’s one of those assurances one doesn’t get in life that no one warns you about in grade school.
…reminds me of another question about our police action in South-Central Asia that I’ve wanted to pose in a blog….
